Kalyves Beach

We came to Kalyves Beach Hotel as a family of 3, Our stay has been absolutely amazing, The staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you. A special thank you to glorgos and Ako for making us the best cocktails these guys work so hard also to Momo for booking our trips always very helpful and pleasant. All the reception staff were also very pleasant especially Nikola. The beach is amazing, the hotel is clean and the food is lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily and there was no issue with the size of our room for 3 people. We did upgrade to all inclusive plus for 10 euros per adult per night we felt it was worth the money , with this upgrade you can also use the sister hotel Kiani Beach Resort takes about 25 minutes to walk to this hotel. We ate out a few nights all within walking distance and all reasonable priced We also visited Chania and Almyrida both worth a visit We had a fantastic holiday thank you all for making it so special

Great family hotel travelled with our 11&4year old grandsons and would definitely return.Small and very friendly in a lovely area which has a couple of shops and some lovely beach side bar/restaurants running along the beach.Our room was quite spacious with a bath and overhead shower with a smaller attachment which was great for younger kids,small balcony but the view was amazing couldn’t hear a thing from our room as well which is a bonus.The staff were very friendly and welcoming can’t fault any of them special mention tor the staff hosting the entertainment and booking trips, I felt the evening entertainment was perfect for adults as well as the kids my 4 year old grandson loved the mini disco and he joined in a couple of daytime activities as well.Loved the bubbles and foam party on the beach.Cant fault the hotel at all there was always a good choice of food even for a fussy 4 year old,we definitely would love to stay at this hotel again.We did upgrade to the All inclusive plus which I felt was worth paying a little extra.

Our second visit to this Hotel which is something we have never done before which tells you a lot. The location is ideal, 2 pools 1 min walk to the hotels beach. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The manager recognised us from last year and upgraded our room to a sea view. In fact alot of the staff recognised us from last year which was very suprising. From the bar staff (jorge), reception (Nikoli), the cleaners, and food staff were all very polite and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned daily, we upgraded the drinks package when we booked so got branded drinks and better mocktails for our daughter. We booked several trips with Momo (2x boat hire, 1 sunset cruise) which were brilliant. We are seriously talking about visiting again
