We stayed at Lia’s beach apartments in August 2025.
Arrived at the hotel we were told that to use the air conditioning you had to pay 10 € per night per room, expense of which we had not been notified nor our travel agency, despite the agency had taken care to ask what were the extra expenses.
It is also not possible to operate the air conditioning if you are not present in the room, as the air conditioning keys are connected to those of the room door. Unfortunately the air conditioner is placed directly on the bed, which makes it impossible to keep it on even at night.
The apartments we stayed in can not be considered such, but rather hotel rooms with kitchenette. Utensils in the kitchen are not the same in all rooms.
The apartments are beachfront and do not have private parking, but you can only leave your car along the road.
Lia's beach apartments is a branch of the main hotel, the only one with a swimming pool. Crossing the main road, guests of Lia's apartments can also use the swimming pool for free, but with mandatory consumption! This detail had not been told at check in, but only later, because we asked again for safety. In conclusion, we were not satisfied with the lack of clarity and the arrangement of the rooms.
