Kriti Hotel

This Hotel is an amazing 3 star hotel so welcoming, clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Loved that the towels could be changed everyday and sheets every other day. The room wasn’t the biggest but was fine for the 2 of us and we had a quiet room overlooking the pool. The staff went above and beyond to help you and they printed my boarding pass off as I’m not terribly tech savvy nothing is too much trouble for them Well Done Kriti we will be back

We have returned from our first stay in Chania and Hotel Kriti. We were very happy with our stay at Kriti and would certainly return. The staff are a credit to the hotel and offer a friendly personable service from Reception to Bar ( thank you for doing my Gin Tonic just right! And for being so lovely and chatty!), to housekeeping and breakfast service. Our room was lovely- we had a 4th floor sea view room. Plenty of space and shower great. Air conditioning was some of the best we have experienced in what was a hot week. Very central location. Less than 10 mins to harbour and walkway to Old Port with a beach and seafront a stones throw away too. Complimentary Raki in our room and some water and a snack. Pool area is smallish but was appropriate for the hotel size, but we always found sunbeds and the pool was welcome in hot weather. A very calm ambience inside the hotel and around the pool. The pool is not too deep which suited me just fine but lovely to swim in. Comfortable sunbeds and complimentary towels from Reception as you need them. Thank you for making our first visit to Chania just perfect.

We booked Kriti hotel as we had a wedding in Chania. Location is very near the harbour which was perfect. We arrived & the staff were so welcoming. They gave us our room key & showed us to our room. The hotel is spotless everywhere, lots of staff working really hard to help the holiday makers. Housekeeping staff go in to change towels & make the beds every day. Breakfast was plentiful, so much choice. I would definitely go back to Kriti again. This hotel is very good value, you would think it was a 4 star. They have a lovely bar area & a Swimming pool. Thank you Kriti for making our holiday lovely.
