⭐⭐⭐⭐‐ A week? No, a break. We're coming with a suitcase. We leave with memories full of pockets and a smile screwed on our face. This hotel is exactly what we were looking for without really knowing we were looking for it. The place exudes something rare: style, chic, without coldness. Everything sticks the decor, the atmosphere, the concept as if every detail had been thought so that you feel exactly in your place.Charm and autenity are at the rendezvous ... But what really makes a difference is the humans behind it. Sacha and Doryan and Isono captain of Fram's management team, are simply above. Available, attentive, the right word at the right time they have this rare gift of making every interaction enjoyable without ever being invasive. Thanks to them, you don't feel like a hotel. We feel at home, better. Except for the petanque where doryan is not at the top with to point (joke off course ) A week spent here? A hell of a week in a good way. We'll definitely be back. This hotel had really nice rooms, great service, friendly staff, clean, budget friendly and centrally located. Highly recommend!

This family are absolutely lovely. I arrived unexpectedly after being in Heraklion Hospital. They went above & beyond for me & I will be eternally grateful. The hotel is a family run business, incredibly clean, with lovely accommodation. I can't rate this hotel, and it's owners, highly enough.
