This has a great location for the city. Great shopping, and food is pretty good. Lots of options. However, the elevator stopped working every day. We had to use the service elevator to get 23 kids to their rooms, and it was very tight. Maybe one to two people with luggage per ride. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was a nice size for just me. Shower is very small and for a grown man, it’s tricky to maneuver. Water gets HOT and pressure is really good. Be careful not to turn it on full blast bc the shower head will spray everywhere! If you need to dry things out like a beach towel, the AC fan outside the window does it fast!

Good beds, decent bathroom, close to the center, parking is right across.

Location was good! Rooms were okay. Service not good desk staff not helpful, they direct you to the restaurant 1866 attached for ice and they will only give 2 cubes and argue with you they pay for the ice and doesn't matter you are staying at the hotel. We were leaving at 640 and when you come off the elevator to go eat breakfast they demanded the key. Overall customer service needs some work.
