Olympic II HOTEL APARTMENTS

We had a problem with the internet during the booking and we did not receive any email confirming the booking. We tried to contact the property several times without response. The next day we booked at another property and later we received confirmation of the reservation at Olympic Suites with the charge of the apartment! We contacted the property who replied and asked to contact booking to understand what was possible. Booking sent us back to the hotel to get the booking number (which I repeat we never received). Too bad that then the structure did not respond to our attempts to contact them and disappeared!! Bad behavior!!

After two weeks we have spent in Olympic Suites in Rhetymnon, please find my review about this facility. To make it short: if you are looking only for a modern facility in Rhetymnon, with rooms fitted i.e. based on the latest interior design trends, including latest state-of-the-art high-tech electronic equipment......Olympic Suites is not appropriate for you, and please just ignore my review. But if you would like to spend your summer holiday in an apartment with a perfect position, just cross the street, and you will be on the beach, which is regularly cleaned in a perfect way, with swimming pools, this could be the first choice facility for you. We have booked a 2-room sea-view apartment with breakfast as an option. Rooms have AC, TV, refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen cookware, utensils, cooker etc. Breakfast was continental and was a traditional one for hotels or apartments have this categorization. Maybe even the best value of Olympic Suites is the team working there. Although the reception is occupied till the afternoon hours, reception team members are available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp, Viber and always at your service. But I really mean always! Therefore: 1) THANK you very much Emmanouela for helping us during the reservation, organizing deliveries of ordered traditional Greek products online. 2) THANK you very much, Nora for organizing the transfer for us late in the evening when nobody of the available transfer companies had a free capacity for us 3) THANK you very much cleaning ladies: you are doing an amazing job

Very good service. The staff was very courteous and the room perfectly clean! Also breakfast had many options for all tastes!Very nice environment and clean.It is suitable for families with small children.
