Palazzo Arhontiko Apartments

Palazzo Arhontiko at Kitroplatia in central Agios Nicolaos is extremely good value for the money. Perfectly located for beach and city life . Very nice apartment with panoramic view over the beach, clean and well maintained rooms with the equpiment you would expect. Good sound insulation and comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful host.

We stayed here very recently. The hotel is perfectly situated. Across the road from a beach & beach bars. A very short walk to the lake. Close to the harbour & the marina. The hotel is well kept & clean. The owner Popi goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Nothing is too much trouble

Beautiful view, but the music ruins everything The music from the restaurant below is incredibly disturbing. Music can be nice, but when the same kind of loud music is played on repeat from morning until late at night, it becomes torture rather than enjoyment. It’s impossible to sit on the balcony and have a pleasant conversation, which completely defeats the purpose of having a beautiful sea view when you can’t even enjoy it. It’s really disappointing, because the hotel itself has great potential — but the constant noise makes it impossible to relax or sleep. I truly hope the management will reconsider the music volume and schedule so future guests can actually enjoy this otherwise lovely place.
