To our dear hotel mom, Georgia ❤️ There are simply not enough words to describe how grateful we are for the unforgettable experience we had at Leptos Panorama Hotel during our stay from July 22nd to July 25th. First of all, we would like to thank the entire team, especially Georgi at the reception and, above all, Georgia, the Guest Relations Manager. Georgia truly became our hotel mom – and we mean that literally! She took care of us from the first moment until the last, making sure we had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. In today's world, where traveling as Israelis and Jews can sometimes feel uncomfortable, we felt safer here than anywhere else. We were welcomed with genuine warmth, big smiles, and even a heartfelt "Ma Shlomch?" ("How are you?") in Hebrew. We immediately felt loved, respected, and completely at home. Even before we arrived, the hotel had already planned to surprise us with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an absolutely stunning suite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious, with a gorgeous bedroom, a huge elegant bathroom, a living room, a kitchenette, and two amazing balconies—one overlooking the breathtaking sea and the most spectacular sunsets. We came to relax, and thanks to the hotel, we truly felt like queens. Georgia had an incredible ability to read our minds. She always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Her kindness, generosity, and genuine care are beyond anything we have ever experienced. The surprises never stopped. On our first day we were welcomed with delicious baklava and a complimentary bottle of vodka. Although we had booked only bed and breakfast, we were gifted a complimentary dinner of our choice during our stay. We booked a boat cruise through the hotel at a fantastic price, including transportation directly to the harbor, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared lunch boxes for us to take on the trip. The next day we were surprised again with a bottle of white wine and a platter of fresh fruit. Before we left, we received a beautiful farewell gift bag filled with local products: olive oil, natural soap, and wonderful herbal tea. Every single day, Georgia and the reception team checked on us, asked how we were, how our day had been, whether we enjoyed our excursions, and if there was anything else they could do. Having someone care for us like a mother throughout our holiday was truly priceless. The hotel itself is beautiful. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, the food is delicious with an excellent variety for everyone, whether you are traveling as a family, a couple, or with friends like we did. The location is also very convenient. Bus number 21 takes you directly to Chania's Old Town, the market, and the Venetian Harbor in about 20 minutes. The hotel staff gave us wonderful recommendations and valuable information that made our vacation even more enjoyable. Leaving was honestly one of the hardest parts of our trip. We recommend Leptos Panorama Hotel with all our hearts. If you are looking for exceptional hospitality, outstanding service, beautiful facilities, delicious food, and people who truly make you feel like family, this is the perfect place. I had a fantastic experience with Yohandra the massage therapist - I had a full body massage and it was fantastic - the spa is in the lower ground floor -1 on the glass elevator - go and look at it and meet the team Alexandria is also fabulous at reception and she will guide you to the best therapies - Aegeos Spa at Leptos Panorama - make sure you ask at reception excellent prices - enjoy your holiday and get a treatment at the spa 🥰
