Royal Belvedere

Prime location, with absolutely astounding views and only a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful beach. If I was asked to talk about the staff this review would be hours long. So the best things I can say is that that staff are truly 10/10 the atmosphere and energy each of the entertainment team bring is astonishing, Nessie, Rosie, Rachel, Nicky and so many more should be applauded for how great they are! Along with the entertainment team the reception team is also amazing, they are kind generous and considerate when taking difficult matter (and they know a lot of languages) Irini especially always made my day and delt with a lot of frustrating customers with such kindness and understanding. This hotel and the people that work here should be super proud of what they have built and we will most definitely be coming back next year! (Also water polo is one of my favourite sports now)

Had a very relaxing back neck and shoulder massage at the spa here today . Evi and Andrii were professional and friendly . If u get chance get booked in at the hotel for a massage .

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, the animation team are fabulous, the kids loved the kids club reps and lovely activities provided special mention for Tyrah, sonya and Amber. The daytime and evening entertainment is great, we loved bowls, volleyball, football, all reps were friendly and welcoming especially Roro and Sofia who is new to the job and only 18 but absolutely lovely and chatty, always stopped to say Hi. All the animation team are friendly and helpful-a real credit to the hotel. The evening shows we're engaging and varied. The kids loved the mini disco, you need to get there before 9pm for a good seat. Rooms were clean and towels changed daily-cleaning staff said hello everyone morning and refreshed water in the fridge, food fantastic, especially the snack bar by the bottom pool (kids pool). The pools are clean and tidy and we always managed to get beds down at the Olympic pool, terraces or kids pool at 9/10am. The lifeguard at the kids pool (older guy) is very attentive and watches closely for anything unsafe and deals quickly and politely with any issues. Our only minor annoyance was the lifeguards at the Olympic pool and top pool (younger guy in particular) mostly are on their phones all day but because it's so deep parents tend to watch kids carefully anyway so the lifeguards don't have a lot to do so it didn't affect us. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back.
