Sentido Mitsis Rinela Beach

We recently spent a family vacation at this resort. While the property itself is visually stunning, our experience was a mix of great highlights and several small management and service issues that need addressing for a 5-star rating. Rooms and Pool Access The rooms are beautiful, modern, and decorated with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed having direct access to our own pool, although it was disappointing that the water was only heated toward the end of our stay. Dining and Culinary Quality The food was highly varied, largely thanks to the wide selection of restaurants. The main buffet restaurant feels a bit too much like a large commercial cafeteria, but the specialty restaurants you can book have a lovely, intimate charm. Unfortunately, the food quality was hit-or-miss—a general stomach ache was an unwelcome companion for our family throughout the trip. A massive compliment goes to the crêperie, which serves delicious crêpes almost 24 hours a day and is staffed by the absolute best and most hardworking team in the entire hotel. Bar Service and Drinks The selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is excellent. However, waiting times at the reception bar are incredibly long. It felt like only 2 out of 10 bartenders were working efficiently and quickly, while the others took a very reactive approach. Eventually, you do get your drinks, and after a few days, you learn to adjust to the delay. Kids' Club and Entertainment Our children love going to childcare, but the setup here is in urgent need of improvement. The supervisors were clearly trying their best, but the main kids' club location was closed for renovation. The temporary space was not ideal, which impacted the overall experience. Sports and Activities Gym facilities and fitness classes are available. Even though the setup is a bit spartan, it has everything you need for a solid workout, cardio session, or class. The tennis court is functional but definitely challenging to play on due to numerous potholes. Reception and Check-in While the reception staff tries to be family-friendly, the organization felt quite chaotic. We had to wait much longer than expected for our room to be ready, and the staff's understanding of the guests' perspective could definitely be improved. Conclusion Overall, we had a beautiful family holiday. The hotel is gorgeous, but to truly compete at a luxury 5-star level, management needs to fine-tune the service speed, food consistency, and sports facilities.

Great service, the people of the hotel were helpful and I liked them all lot. I’ve read about the food not being good on some reviews about being boring but when I tried it I couldn’t relate it was amazing.

We are a family of four we spend a week at this amazing hotel everything was perfect the drinks the food the people there. We highly recommend going to the bars and have some good cocktails the best ones we ever had ,also very nice non alcoholic ones for your kids and for you our kids loved them! The stuff are so lovely and always kind with a big smile we loved them they took such good care of us! I also recommend going to the slides with your kids our kids had so much fun there. Such a beautiful and amazing hotel we will definitely come back!
