Nice little hotel, very well maintained and cozy, best location, few meters both to the city and to the beach, yet quiet, good value for money, highly recommended

Just left the Sunshine studios after 10 nights bed and breakfast and had an excellent time. All the staff are friendly and helpful and always have time for a conversation. The rooms and grounds are kept clean and tidy. The only down point was going home .A big thank you to Kostas and his crew.

Very good location, in about 7 minutes on the beach. In the immediate vicinity many very good taverns with very hospitable staff. Rooms are spacious with balcony and small kitchen. The bathroom is ok, could be renovated. We had only booked with breakfast and it was simple but good. With juice, fruit an egg etc. The hotel staff responded to special requests. We were very pleased and would come back.
