Just to start on a positive note - certain staff members lovely and willing to go that extra mile (Marina @ the pool bar and restaurant staff to name but a few ) others not so but don’t deserve some of the treatment they get from guests! . Unfortunately not a good experience for both my wife and I and would not recommend for families or anyone with mobility issues, lots of stairs and levels - We complained of having an extremely hard mattress (Three times) only to be told that they could change our room! … if we came back later ,eventually we gave up!! and suffered it out! Then we came across Ants 🐜 out on the balcony seating area which we reported twice and cleaned once myself ! Eventually sprayed but didn’t eliminate them totally which prevented us from using the balcony!!!. Poor housekeeping and room nowhere near clean enough…I could go on ….Spectacular scenic views from the hotel itself down to the sea as its built high up on a hillside . other than the two separate beach areas Agia @ Lygaria beaches which we walked to and from … very steep and not pedestrian friendly …again not suited to anyone with walking difficulties. Not much around the hotel itself with the entertainment very very limited with not much to offer! . All inclusive Drink & Food wise not the best although we did find something most days but opted to eat out on a few occasions (At the beach taverna's) however didn’t really budget for this scenario. We felt disappointed and let down overall with our holiday provider Jet2 as we did not get what we paid for most likely to follow this review with a formal complaint to Jet2.

No clue why this hotel has such rave reviews, the pool is so tiny and it’s always so packed, you have to be that crazy person that comes at the crack of dawn to find space. The food is the same every day and be careful if you are vegetarian, as they added meat to salads and egg omelettes even though it was labelled vegetarian. We enquired about extending our room check out time 2 days prior, as our flight was at 11:30 pm, they kept telling us come back tomorrow and on the day at 8.00am they told us they were fully booked. They would have known they were going to be fully booked, if they had just informed us, we would have made other arrangements. There was 3 of us in a room, with one mirror in the bathroom, 3 grown women hoping to have a lovely girls holiday and we struggled to get ready for evenings out. Yet again we enquired about this and nothing was done. I have been to Greece 5 times and this hotel was the worst. If you’re looking at this hotel, please bare in mind you will be required to pay for everything, including WATER! In the scorching heat we did not get free water, we had to pay for it! Never in my many years of traveling have I ever had or pay for basic necessity as water. The air con at the hotel was appalling and the lights would turn off while we were in the room. They were clearly saving money at this hotel by being cheap of basic necessities. The location is terrible and very remote we had to spend so much money on travel just to get into the main town. If you’re looking for a low key boring holiday with no service, terrible wifi, rubbish no air con and nothing to do, then go ahead choose this hotel. Do not recommend for girls/boys trip!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I certainly wouldn’t return.
The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views, and the staff are all very kind, polite, and hardworking. The hotel itself is also spotlessly clean, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
However, the positives weren’t enough to outweigh the negatives. The food was very hit and miss, with very limited choice, especially at dinner. In fact, I didn’t eat dinner at the hotel for a 4 nights because there was nothing that appealed to me.
The entertainment was virtually non existent and with it being a remote location there’s not a lot to do, making the evenings very dull, unless you were up very early to reserve a sunbed, you had little chance of getting one later in the day.
It’s a shame because the hotel has the potential to be much better, but for us the poor food, lack of entertainment, ruined the overall experience. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would never go back.
