Galini Beach Eden Hotel

Incredibly nice hotel room, a little for itself with sea view. Good service on site. Private sunbeds on the beach! Really recommended!

What a fabulous find! We stayed here for 10 nights and found the hotel perfect. We arrived very late & the guy on reception stayed up waiting for our arrival and was very welcoming. Our apartment was scrupulously clean, serviced daily and a generous size with 2 x balcony’s and despite stating a garden view we had also good views of the ocean from both balconies. The hotel team were most hospitable and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The garden is very traditionally Cretan with fruit trees & various coloured plants (eg Geraniums) We didn’t use the pool area as such as we sunbathed on the beach (hotels sun beds complimentary) unlike some other hotels. The sandy beach stretches for miles and is relaxing to walk along. The bus into Chania was a short walk along the road outside hotel, costs €2.20, runs regularly and you can pay on bus cash or card. Can get busy if weather is poor as folk swap beach’s for town - but they put extra buses on - so not an issue. Some fabulous restaurants close by in Agia Marina including Rustic Garden, Horiatiko Tavern, Raeti Restaurant & Petra family Bar - to name a few of the best. Finally - a massive thank you to the hotel team - we will return again soon.
