Pantheon Hotel

Worst of all. Very bad. Not 3 stars or 4 stars that it says in the booking does not even for 1. The breakfast sucks, no lights at night, THE BATHROOM TOWELS are changed every 3 days and if you ask for them they don't give them to you. The rooms are not cleaned after 3 days, only the baskets are emptied. Not even to clean the bathroom a bit, to throw in some bleach or something. Well, I'm not talking about the sheets, that's luxury. Normally someone should be monitoring these and doing something. They don't give it to us as a gift, we paid for it and when you arrive they chase you to pay it off. They know in case you catch up and see all this and leave. SHAME ON THEM. DISGRACE.

We were a little nervous about the hotel at first because we had read a lot of negative things on the internet. But we were pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service. We became friends with the bartender, got lots of good tips. A bit of a minus for us were the sunbeds which had no cushions or mattress. And it said on the website that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus, it didn't. Otherwise, we were very satisfied🙏🥰 supermarket outside, pharmacy, only 7 minutes to the centre, with lots of restaurants. Pleasant receptionist Alex with lots of good tips and information

The room was crap. The basket in the bathroom is broken (the lid) On the wall on the bed next to a killed mosquito with blood on the wall. The balcony is dirty. Room 325 I will not say about the coffee that very bad. We return to the hotel at 1 in the night and there is NO ONE at the reception and the front door is closed. Found a gentleman and said the door to enter the hotel is from the back. And the code is written on the paper of the room card. It's a good thing that the man was there, otherwise we would have been looking to see how we could get in.
