Unacceptable New Year experience – hygiene and organization problems We visited the property as two families (a total of 4 adults and 8 children) from 30/12/25 to 01/01/26, paying 400€ per family for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The main problems we encountered: Delay on arrival: Although the rooms had to be ready at 12:00, we arrived at 15:30 and were left to wait in the rain for half an hour until they were ready. Serious hygiene issue: In the hall where we stayed, as soon as the ventilation of the bathroom was started, over 20 mouse feces were thrown through the tube, filling the space. After our information, we changed home, however the cleanliness was incomplete (dust under the beds). Collapse of Revelion: We had booked a table for the New Year's Eve in the hotel's restaurant. We sat down at 21:45 and until 23:15 we had only got drinks. Despite the presence of the owner's daughter who oversaw, we were finally informed that there was no food due to poor preparation! We had to leave at 23:43, a few minutes before the time change, leaving eight children fasting. Property Indifference: The owner's daughter never apologized for the incredible inconvenience. Despite the fact that we left a communication phone asking him to call us to express our complaints, so far 06/01/26 there has been no communication. The only positive: We would like to publicly thank Mrs. Peace at the reception, Mr. George (cooker) and Mr. Costas (waiter). Three exceptional people who tried to manage an entire hotel full of people, constantly apologizing for omissions that were not their own responsibility. Conclusion: It is unacceptable to charge €200 per night when the infrastructure is problematic and the administration is absent and indifferent, leaving very little staff to get the snake out of the hole. We do not recommend it under any circumstances, especially to families.

HThe surprise of our family tripuge family room with 2 bathrooms, super comfortable mattresses, clean, smells wonderful everywhere. Amazingly beautiful stone building. Fresh, delicious, varied breakfast, prepared by the owner. Highly recommended

Very welcoming and beautiful hotel. Very nice and traditionally decorated. It's worth visiting. Mr. Costas is extremely courteous and willing to help with anything. Highly recommended!
