On arrival we were told they had overbooked so we were being relocated to a hotel 8km away, we specifically wanted to stay in this village as we were visiting friends & didn’t have a hire car so after much arguing the receptionist managed to get us a room here, we booked from the uk some months ago, the room was very basic & just about passable although bathroom had mould on which can be easily cleaned, the restaurant was buffet style & whilst it mostly looked presentable on eating its barely warm, we tried on many occasions to eat here but every time the food wasn’t warm enough, we did put in a complaint but there doesn’t seem to be much interest in sorting this issue out, on a positive note the salad every time looked lovely & fresh, We had been coming to this hotel Over the last 30 years & whilst it was never a top star rating it was clean, food was good & the staff cared, unfortunately this is no longer the case, it has a bedraggled feel to it & certainly lost its cared for appearance, it is so sad to see a once very lovely hotel now in serious decline , cheap it is but you get what you pay for, we won’t be returning here , again very sad as we’d been coming for so many years , a great shame

An Average experience. Pro: - Nice pool - Very close to the seaside - Well spaced room - Laundry and Massage area Con: - Food was average at the best - Horrible coffees - Included drinks made with sub-standard spirits and full of sugar - The park, and our room, got flooded with water at the first stormy night.

Hotel was truly awful. Located in a main road with no sound insulation on balcony doors so noise was unbearable and made worse by a pack of dogs in adjoining property who barked non-stop from 5am! There were a number of rowdy guests who ran riot but hotel manager seemed happy to condone their behavior despite multiple complaints from other guests. Pool was unusable as it was freezing. General décor was dated and shoddy. Had I not been on a group pre-paid trip I would have voted with my feet and stayed elsewhere.
