Telemachos Hotel

Location is up a hill that is gradual with a steep bit at the hotel entrance but it’s not too bad . I have a bad leg and managed ok . There are no signs at the hotel so we had trouble finding it at first in the taxi. The hotel is very basic but is clean and the pool area is nice although a bit dated . The rooms are also basic, the beds aren’t the most comfortable , the shower room is tiny but the air con works very well . Then there’s the food and drink! The food is very limited with only a couple of choices that get served to you . The food is edible but a little basic and bland . No hot breakfast food options just salad , pre boiled eggs, cereal and toast with one cooked meat and one cheese . The drinks are unfortunately the worst bit about the hotel . The coffee is undrinkable and the soft drinks are watered down and flat . The beer is drinkable but weak and the wine is just about drinkable The cocktails are a red one and a blue one . All the drinks are watered down and lack taste . At the end of the day what we played for the hotel I was happy with the hotel room and pool area . The food although limited was ok and always found something to eat . You get what you pay for so if you want luxury then this is not the place . If you want a very cheap all inclusive that’s clean but very basic then maybe it’s for you . Just be prepared to eat out a little bit if you want some nice food . I was buying beer from the shop and drinking buy the pool The location is near a bus stop and a few tavernas and not far to walk to the beautiful beach .

We came to this hotel among friends for a week. Before booking, we had consulted the reviews, which were fairly decent. However, just before our departure, we noticed a rating of 1.5/5, which made us a bit worried. Upon our arrival, we found that the ascent to access the hotel was quite steep, but one gets used to it quickly. The establishment is clean: the pool is well-maintained, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the common areas are pleasant. Regarding dining, the breakfast is quite simple and could be more varied. On the other hand, for the other meals, there are generally 5 to 6 dishes to choose from. It is quite basic, but more than sufficient. The hotel benefits from a beautiful setting and a convenient location, with a bus stop right next to it allowing easy access to Corfu Town or Ipsos. The staff is really very kind, helpful, and responsive. We paid about 500 € each for the stay, which represents, in our opinion, a very good value for money. One should not expect high-end services at this price, but the overall experience corresponds perfectly to what one can expect. Moreover, the managers have recently changed and are gradually implementing new improvements, including equipment and games for children. The only real downside concerns the insufficient number of sun loungers around the pool compared to the number of vacationers present. We brought this remark to their attention. We also booked two excursions via Fram: * The cruise to the islands of Paxos and Antipaxos: the landscapes are beautiful, but the duration of the boat trip (about 3h30) had not been specified to us during the information meeting. * The second excursion (Magistique) was, in our opinion, quite expensive for what it offered: 66 € for the day, to which one must add about 20 € for the meal as well as the price of the visit to the palace of Sissi. Furthermore, only the visit to the gardens is possible, as the interior has been closed since 2019, which was not mentioned. Finally, we did not have much free time at the various places visited. Overall, we had a good stay and maintain a positive opinion of this hotel due to its good value for money and the kindness of its staff.

The hotel has just been taken over, I think... the staff does not speak either French, English, or even Greek. You also have to find it; there is no sign, and there is a slope to climb because the bus does not go up. The appetizers, the breakfast in the morning, stale bread, some soft crackers, and a type of jam. No fruits, ice cream at noon but not in the evening. Do not expect to gain weight; I lost 2.5 kg. There are 2 bars that are always closed, a window with the bartender and a few bottles serve as a bar. Fram, who offers this, has been warned several times but has done nothing and warns that for this price, one should not expect better, 550 euros per person. Thank you, Fram.
