Victoria Hill Hotel

My husband and I just spent a week in this cosy home from home hotel. Everywhere was very clean and well presented but what made it special was Gina and the rest of her very friendly staff. Gina a is unique, warm hearted, kind and friendly lady. If you have a problem she will fix it if you need anything she will aquire it for you. Book excursions, recommend resturants and places to vist. Without her it still would be a nice place to stay but she went the extra mile to make our stay a very nice on. Thank you Gina

The hotel is pretty bad and can not have close 4 stars. We found our room with damage and break in furniture. The sockets were minimal (3) even for a triangle we had closed. The bathroom was pretty good I can say there is nothing negative about it. It was a relatively old gentleman who made us a whole thing about the already broken furniture in the room . Every morning the theoretically a cleaner had to come in, but no one came in to clean the room except to change towels. Breakfast we didn't get to see so I can't say anything specific about it but in general the hotel doesn't deserve to have even 3 stars in my opinion. Last thing the sound insulation between the rooms is zero , literally even low-talk is heard and is tested what I mention . There's a lot else that I may not have encountered at any time. I hope I helped people not to spoil their money for this hotel.

The place is small, cozy and very clean. A big thank you to all the staff and especially to Gina who does everything to make you feel comfortable here. She's very attentive and understanding if you have a problem or any questions, there's a solution for everything. Such a hotel can be recommended with a clear conscience!
