We booked a room for a stay of 15 days. The booked room had to be sea view. What a disappointment. The room assigned to me was parking view. The worst thing was the lack of water so that it was impossible to even take a shower. The underwear looked like glass paper. Not to mention the pool the water was so dirty you couldn't even take a bath.

Problems using running water that prevented us with shower and toilet. As for daily cleaning was regularly done and so the change of towels every 3 days. Another drawback was that I had also paid sea view room but it was not given to me despite having email exchanges with the Owner previously

We have just finished our stay at this hotel. What can I say, a family-run hotel, the structure is certainly not new, it could do with a bit of updating, but it is well maintained thanks to a couple of Italian guys who work there, Davide and Sofia and who I thank for everything. I was saying the structure has great potential, it should be valorised better, it is located between Sami and Agia Effimia, away from the tourist chaos, facing the sea on a hill, very convenient parking, large rooms, practically, there were three of us, we had two rooms plus a bathroom (absolutely worth seeing again). Breakfast could be done better, the first two days definitely failed, then the owner began to personally take care of it and I must say that it improved, certainly don't expect 4/5 star breakfasts, but there was a bit of everything and good quality. In the end, however, we had a good time.
