Zest @ Xi Beach

Just returned from a lovely relaxing stay. Spotless studio, serene environment and gracious host(Petros). Nice pool and sun loungers.

Arrived and checked in straight away. Lovely big apartment, big bedroom with big comfy bed, well equipped kitchen area (hob, microwave, utensils and big fridge with decent freezer compartment). Balcony area massive with sofa and table and chairs. Bathroom and shower really good, plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Both pools lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds with comfy mattress toppers. Fridge with cold drinks by pool with honesty notepad, write down what you’ve taken and settle up later - very reasonable prices too. Breakfast was good with a great choice of hot and cold drinks and hot and cold choices to eat; toast, omelette, fried egg, bacon, hard boiled egg, fruit, yoghurts, cake, meat, cheese, waffles. Short walk to beach and bars (5 mins) couple of mini markets for snacks and drinks or towels/diving mask and flip flops etc. Some decent restaurants a short walk away too. Not much of the beach left due to erosion but if you walk along the beach to the left and wade around the rocks (knee deep) to Megas Lakkos beach it’s wider and more sand. Water is very shallow and great for kids. Bigger supermarket 5 minute drive away towards Lixouri along with more restaurants and nightlife. would recommend having a car, car hire directly opposite but we hired from the airport as week hire was a lot cheaper than transfers. Can hire a car and arrange transfers direct from Petros if needed. Overall a great week, nice and friendly and quiet and a good base for exploring. Can’t fault anything at all 11 out of 10

A fabulous 5 night stay at Zest. The rooms are well equipped with a full size cooker and a fridge with a small freezer box. Shower is great. Beds are comfortable and regularly changed. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is fabulous. Petros is welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely return if we are back in this area. We enjoyed many afternoons sitting around the pool. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops
