Ionion Star

My friends & I were all in Lefkada for a wedding and booked our rooms at the Ionion Star Hotel & it was perfect. Super friendly staff, concierge found my wallet and held it safely, rooms were clean & the location was in the heart of the town we loved it ! Highly recommend you book here :)

Firstly the positives: The female receptionist was very friendly and so helpful at a time of stress so a huge thanks to her. Another member of staff who was good was the pool bar man. The pool area was more than adequate and nice to spend time before checkin. Now the negatives: Rooms very basic and little in the way off toiletries in the bathroom. Not the hotels fault but some really noisy and inconsiderate guests who shouted and made such a noise when they should have realised that people were in bed. The original receptionist was not friendly at all and he barely made eye contact. Breakfast was not good at all and not worth bothering about, poor choice and cold food. Would I return yes probably as the price was reasonable and you get what you pay for.

Unfriendly receptionists, he barely looks up! Rude and unhelpful Room is more like a grotty out of date bedsit, not clean no facilities ie kettle etc. would not return! Pool area is quite nice but limited staff for service.
