Pretty bad. Very dirty environment, dirty and ruined linen, very rude and incompetent staff. Beds are not made and bathrooms are not cleaned. Breakfast to avoid. Don't go there.

TL;DR: the hotel pushed my family with 5 kids from our booked and paid rooms in the middle of our vacation with no reason. All the details: We booked two triple rooms in this hotel via Booking for our family of 2 adults and 5 kids (by conditions, an "extra" baby can stay for free in either of those rooms). When we arrived, we were "greeted" by the rude claim that we'er too many people and we booked rooms incorrectly and we should have called them directly instead of using Booking to get some unlisted bigger room (Not sure how would we know about that in advance, but ok). Finally they agreed to check us in to the rooms we paid for. The rooms were very old, and the first thing I noticed to the management was a broken wall socket. I got the response of "I don't know, irt was ok last time". Later they "fixed" the socked by taping it to the wall with a paper tape. Ok. Our kids were scared and wanted to sleep all together, so we moved one matress from one room to the second room, and slept all together. Next day we were told that we should "stop eating" in the room as we "caused ants infestation", despite ants and other insects were everywhere in the hotel all the time from the beginning. Management lady noticed that we moved the matress but didn't say anything else. Later they wrote us a message through Booking that we should "stop eating in the rooms" and move the matress back and that we "must use both rooms". Later I noticed another wall socket got broken (it felt out of the wall when I pulled my phone charger plug normally), but when I said about that, management ladies told me that was me who broke it "on purpose". When I tried to explain that it's not possible for us to sleep in two rooms separately as kids got scared, one of the management ladies started to yell on me, say bad words about my kids (I have it all recorded on the video) and scream that I must get out from the hotel immediately, without any refund. With the support of Booking, we were told that the hotel will pay us some refund (far less than the unspent nights), but we should leave the hotel indeed. So I spent the whole day of my vacation to find another place to sleep for my family in a village where almost everything were occupied in advance. So we moved through different hotels for the next 3 days, and each of them was great, with polite and helpfull management and staff. Not sure what was the actual reason of that rudeness from the Ionis Hotel management, but that's the first time in my life when I faced such insanity, those ladies should be fired immediatelly without any right to work with people.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel looks run-down and poorly maintained. The rooms smell of mold, the fridge was rusty, the furniture broken, and there were stains on the walls. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. Even worse, we were not allowed to leave the air conditioning on during the day while we were at the beach. The cleaning staff would enter the room and turn it off, so every time we came back, we returned to an unbearably hot room. The owner is shockingly rude and has absolutely no understanding of what hospitality means. She clearly dislikes children and even scolded us for sitting quietly on the balcony at 9:30 PM. No noise, no disturbance — just sitting outside. Her attitude was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Breakfast was a joke: one boiled egg, a tiny piece of butter, a slice of processed ham, and a so-called "coffee" that was essentially just brown water. That was all. Every day. On top of all this, the price we paid — €99 per night — was outrageous for what we got. This place isn't worth €20 a night, let alone nearly €100. The value for money is absolutely terrible. You can easily find much better accommodation in Lefkada for the same or even less. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel or the way it’s managed. I strongly advise you to avoid this place altogether. Ps: In 7 days the sheets were not changed, and the two sets of towels (even if in the room were 2 adults and 1 kid) were changed twice in a week, and we only had 2 pilows. I will add pictures to support the statements above
