Katia Beach

Lovely owners, Alex and Johanna can't do enough for you. Food good and reasonable price .Rooms kept clean with regular bedding and towel changes. The bar staff friendly and respectful. Warm pool and plenty of beds in sun and shade. Small pebble beach at the back of the garden worth getting a carafe or 2 !of wine to take down and have the beach to yourselves.Large beach 15 minutes stroll with beds and 2 tavernas. Kassiopi 15 to 20 minutes walk, hill each way but taxis 6 euros ordered from hotel. Watched 3 of England world cup games, even the Mexico game. Cheers Alex.(4.a.m.) kick off in greece. Now the bad bits. None. We didn't find any , Easy to drive around or buses from kassiopi. Would highly recommend. Thanks for looking after us. Ian n Jayne.

This was our second time here because the last time was great and this time did not disappoint. Alex and Joanna work extremely hard to make sure you are happy. Alex spotted us in town at the taxi rank and stopped to give us a lift - such a nice guy. Also a mention of the three young men who serves the breakfast who are very friendly. There is a pool or two minute walk to the (rocky mostly) beach. The only drawback might be the hour transfer from the airport but this gives you the chance to see.how beautiful Corfu is. We will be back.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful four-night stay at Katia Beach, and we had a really lovely holiday. We caught the Green Bus from near the airport for just €4.30, and the journey took around 1.5 hours, which worked out perfectly as we arrived in time for the 2pm check-in. The staff were all lovely, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. We decided to pay the €8 daily charge for air conditioning for the last two nights, and it definitely made sleeping much more comfortable. The facilities were excellent. The pool and bar area were always clean and well maintained, making them a great place to relax. We also attended the Greek evening, which was fantastic fun and excellent value for money. The entertainment was brilliant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The beach is just a few minutes' walk through the gardens. The hotel has a small number of sunbeds reserved for guests, which was a nice touch. It's a peaceful beach, and the snorkelling was surprisingly good. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and breakfast was served at the table with a good selection of options to choose from. There are a couple of supermarkets just a short walk up the road, although the hotel also sells six-packs of bottled water, which saves you carrying them back. Kassiopi is a 15 - 20 minute walk away, either along the road or via the beach / back path. It's a lovely town with plenty of charming shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. Overall, this was a wonderful part of Corfu to visit, and Katia Beach was a fantastic place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would happily return.
