Pension Nychterida

Top , as always. I am now certainly in Greece for the 30th time and in the Inn Nychterida for the umpteenth time. As usual. Food great, Dimis barbecue on Saturday is legendary, Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, the rooms with air conditioning, wishes are gladly accepted and fulfilled, there is always a help if you have wishes. A 3 star half-board apartment with food, service and atmosphere at a 5 star level. The people there do their best to make you feel at home in every way. Extremely helpful and they make their guests feel like they are at home with friends. Breakfast is continental with breads, jams, cheese/ham/salami juice, coffee/tea and an egg of choice. Dinner is included and you simple order off their comprehensive menu (and of course pay for drinks). The beach is a 5-10 min walk away and was a little too turist like if you are looking for a quiet beach. However, its worth a look and just take a bottle of water with you as although its a short walk in 30+ degrees with kids it feels longer. You can rent cars as we did and explore the island. Its about an hour drive to Corfu Town. Narrow and bumpy roads so keep your eyes open. The drive at night is a little more difficult as their roads dont have lights. For the kids, spend a day at the waterpark Aqualand. Its not expensive and we went wit hour 14 and 5 year old and they had a blast.

lovely family run hotel with fantastic customer service. Great swimming swimming pool for both adults and children (also children’s safe play area) and only 5 mins walk to one of the best beaches in Corfu. Staff are very friendly and caring. Mia and Elenor pride themselves in their work. Extremely clean swimming pool with water slide. Wonderful gift shop with beautiful jewellery and tourist stuff. All in all an amazing experience and well worth a visit.
