Philippos Hotel

This was our third stay at Philippos situated in the heart of Kassiopi. What makes us return? Well, always made to feel very welcome, the rooms we have been allocated have always been bright and cheerful and the staff are always happy in their work. This year we checked in on the day it actually opened for the season, our room was clean and ready for us, we even had a welcome gift box of local delicacies, which was a nice touch. There was a plentiful supply of clean towels and the beds were changed regularly. You’ll see Jenny the owner/manager from Dawn til dusk working with her team to make sure that that all areas are ready for their clients. Thank you all for making another of our stays in your lovely village so memorable. We will be back next year. Special thanks to Jenny, Donna our cleaning lady and to Dou Dou the happiest Batman/pool keeper/ maintenance man as the many other roles you play with the Philippos team. Well done everyone.

Fantastic stay and excellent value for money. Location is 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants, tucked away and very quiet. Pool is huge (for Greece) and very deep. No restrictions on diving and inflatables. Plenty of sun beds, good food at the pool bar. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment that we booked directly with the hotel and it was very spacious with plenty of drawer and hanging space aswell as coat hangers. Yes, it’s dated but that didn’t bother us. Don’t expect the mod cons in Greece, especially at these prices. However, our apartment was clean, beds very comfortable, towels changed every other day as well as a sweep and mop, shutters to give complete darkness, huge balcony with sea view. Aircon worked perfectly. The cups and plates weren’t clean but take some washing up liquid, dishcloth and t-towel and give them a wash. We didn’t pay much to stay here and I was a little dubious as to what to expect, but it massively exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again.

We have just returned today after staying here location excellent large pool and bar area that did good snacks and drinks served by dodo always friendly and good prices. our room a little dated but had excellent air-conditioning and everything you needed good fridge and the cleaning ladies excellent .would stay again we had room 403 .
