River Studios and Apartments

Great basic studio. Spotlessly clean and always had hot water available. I don't cook on holiday so can't comment on kitchen facilities but I did use the electric kettle and cups etc provided. Bed was slightly hard for me but, nevertheless, I slept well. Accommodation is in great location and the gardens and pool are lovely and quiet. The family who run the apartments are very friendly and welcoming (important for a solo female) and my only (very minor) issue - TV signal - was dealt with immediately. Please remember this is not a 5* establishment but good, basic, value for money accommodation. I would definitely recommend/return. Thanks for a great stay.

Primitive and incredibly bad apartment. Dirty, small and everything was broken. Not even a window in the shower room but a hole in the wall with a piece of mesh. No table and chair available inside. Kitchen unit one meter wide of at least 50 years old that fell apart from misery. Curtains fell apart. Pool is disconsolate without seating or shade in a spot next to the parked cars on the lawn/sand bed. Elderly couple seems friendly, I can well imagine if you make your money this way. We left after 1 night and did not even complain every other three days. Pure misery on a gloomy river. For the same amount we are now much better on the west side of Corfu.

You could say you get what you pay for here. Considering that it cost 5 200 sek to stay here for a week, one can probably not expect much more. + Nice staff. + Free parking spaces. + Had to keep the room all day for reasonable cost. - Kitchen utensils disgusting - Beds very hard. - Key must be in holder for AC and power to work.
