I had a real nice experience. We did the back, neck and shoulder massage. My therapist Alexandra was very professional and discrete and the massage was individualised based on my needs. Very relaxing.

We’ve just got back from a stay in Corfu and wanted to share our honest thoughts.
Our first impression of the hotel was that it is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning and the resort is very large, so it feels vast when you first arrive. That said, after a few days you get used to where everything is and it doesn’t feel nearly as big.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff are generally really friendly. There are just a few things I think could be improved.
The foyer area is lovely but feels a little wasted during the day. The bar isn’t open, so you can’t get a coffee or drink there. You have to go down to the restaurant or find one of the other bars around the resort. It would be nice to have somewhere in the main hotel to sit and enjoy a coffee or drink during the day.
We also found the buffet restaurant quite repetitive. I know buffets are difficult to keep varied, but by the end of the holiday we were eating very similar things.
The bottled water was another issue for us. We were given one bottle in our room each day, but extra bottles cost €3. For two people in the Corfu heat, one bottle a day just isn’t enough in my opinion.
We also paid for All-Inclusive Plus, which we understood to include branded drinks such as Malibu. Unfortunately, some of the drinks available were the hotel’s own branded drinks instead, which was disappointing. They also didn’t do Bloody Marys!
I raised these points with Achilles, who was absolutely lovely and genuinely listened to our concerns. He was really helpful and arranged extra water for us, and even managed to get us some Bloody Marys sorted. It made a big difference that he listened and acted on the issues we raised.
A couple of tips from us:
The beachside restaurant is definitely worth trying for lunch. We actually preferred it to the main buffet restaurant. The fresh pasta is cooked to order, the pizzas are freshly made and there’s even a little ice cream bar with pots of fruit and drinks. Definitely worth trying!
Also, the Ionian restaurant, where you go for your à la carte meal, is open for breakfast too. We only discovered this after a few days, but it was much quieter than the main restaurant and made for a more relaxed breakfast. I believe it’s closed on Mondays, but open the other days, so definitely make the most of it.
Overall, we really did have a lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, it’s very clean and the staff are friendly. There are a few things I think could be improved, but overall we would still give it a very good 9/10.
Would we return? Never say never 😊
