Usually my reviews are calm, but this stay was truly terrible. The problem with this small hotel is the services and the unprofessional staff. The pool had murky water, bottles lying around for days without anyone bothering to remove them. Power blackout in the evening. Terrible Wi-Fi in the room (even after pointing it out). Breakfast, in terms of quality and quantity, is scandalous at a restaurant next to the hotel, limited to a selection of one dish among the 6 offered (if you take a croissant, you cannot take anything else). The first day I paid 15 euros extra) and staff rude to requests. Reception and lobby area need a total redo. No parking available. The room is all in all fine, even though they are not soundproofed. At night, you would be woken up repeatedly. Our safe didn't work, and despite pointing it out on the first day, it was never fixed. A disgrace! To think that I usually book with Booking (where, by the way, it has high ratings, but how is that possible??!!), but this time I decided to book directly, trusting them. A stay to forget.

Grumpy “HUSBAND” owner, you will find it easily in the morning, no Service give you access is you are left to fend for yourself. Good quality hotel with potential but neglected, present bar but not active, presence of pool but neglected and with no activity. Breakfast not present, is entrusted to a nearby restaurant, (unreliable people). Positive flaw, friendliness and sweetness of the WIFE very nice and the cleaning lady very tidy. Sorry to leave this review just for them. But I hope that a negative review gives a fair lesson to the Owner and that he learns to respond in a nice way to his wife and customers.

Iniohos had great facilities meeting what we needed an excellent location but lacked in staff manner a hello doesn’t take much effort however everyone lacked this except the lady cleaning the room 300 block. Had a nice pool and sea view balcony and was slightly short of deck chairs. It still had everything we wanted. It was within 1 minutes of Apollo which was ideal for a stop for food and was always busy. Reception was poor enough lack of friendliness and helpfulness of the fact there were elevators really didn’t look good. Pool bar is a rip off 2 diet cokes and a water was 10€. Safety deposit box we were given a code however it was a key we needed and everytime we went to reception we were told I’ll ask someone else passing the ball on essentially. Someone on the ground floor had a small pool which was empty which looked bad however I’m sure you’d feel like a fool rocking up and not having it or having a half finished room. Finally the lovely cleaning lady in rooms 300 up had a sense of humour despite having no English. This really reflected on the place however we did enjoy argassi and would stay again there expect we’d look for other accommodation.
