BEST WESTERN GALAXY HOTEL

Fantastic hotel & staff we were moved from their sister hotel (Zante park) due to plumbing. They upgraded us & gave us free sunbeds as compensation. Clean, lovely staff, nice food. Great location on the beach where you could walk down to other restaurants without going into the main strip. We would like to mention Anastasia, Kenneth & Staveros for their help, along with ALL the waiting staff and cleaners. Simply wonderful.

We have arrived at 6. a.m. in the morning and had to wait 5 hours for check-in. It is awesome after a flight a without sleep. My friends have 4 years old child and she can not sleep at reception. I was able to pay 200€ to get room immediately, but no discuss. Horrible experience.

Food was the same every night Rooms wasn’t cleaned all the time air con was leaking and they didn’t send anyone round to fix it their was three of us staying there they also charged us €300 for tourists tax and if you wanted the nice drinks you had to pay extra
