Zante Imperial Beach

my husband and i arrived at this awful place situated in the middle of no where.Our room was suppose to luxurious. what a old dated dirty place. we did,nt stay we booked elsewhere and called a taxi and left , gave keys to reception which was queued with people complaining. we are now out of pocket. please avoid this horror show, and take your family else where and save yourself misery and money

We spent a week in this hotel under the all-inclusive formula. The buffet was really awful. Every day the same food, but 3 different hot dishes, cold buffet consisted of tomato dish, salad dish and a third dish that varied daily. That's what they call a cold buffet. Dessert buffet consisted of cookies and fruit every day, not a single day had a Greek dessert. In dining room also terribly hot, air conditioning was not on. Staff unfriendly except the lady at the reception and the bartender at the pool. The rooms are also very old. Bathroom basic. We had made reservations for a sea view and what do you get ... a view of a fence with a tip of the sea in the far distance. It would be worth four stars but for us this is not worth a star yet

The place is a total disaster. It is nowhere near to a 4star hotel. Most of it is completely closed, breaking down or out of order. The food is probably the worst experience and I cannot recall if I have ever eaten anything worse than that. They serve some unlabeled things you can only guess what it is. If you can avoid this place, please do so. It is totally not worth it even if cheaper than other places. Unless you want to spend vacation in a hell.
