Emporios Bay

The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was adequate and delicious.

We had another wonderful holiday on Chios Island this June. As soon as we arrived in Chios from Çeşme, we picked up our rental car. The car we rented from the Karpas family's car rental company was very affordable. We stayed at the Emporios Bay Hotel in Emporios. The Emporios Bay Hotel is a family-run business, operated by İlyas Kampas and his family. It's a fantastic hotel; the whole family and staff are friendly and do their jobs very well. It's easily accessible, and the bays perfect for swimming are very close. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent. We are very satisfied. Mavra Volia beach is three minutes away, and swimming there in the morning is great for your health. Other bays, Salagona Bay and Avlonia Bay, are very close and definitely worth visiting. The sea is very clean, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. They don't charge for sunbeds and umbrellas. Food and drink prices are very reasonable. The nature is wonderful, and everything is spotlessly clean. It's very easy to reach the nearby settlements of Pirgi, Mesta, Armolia, and Olimpi from Emporios. Every bay and settlement on Chios Island is uniquely beautiful and surprising. Watching the sunset from Avgonima is truly thought-provoking. You won't forget the taste of the goat meat you eat here. Like other Greek islands, Chios is a seafood paradise. It's delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Our week-long holiday flew by. Every corner of the island is full of surprises. We will miss Chios Island, Emporios Bay Hotel, and the Kampas Family. I've been coming to the Greek islands for forty years. Chios Island holds a special place in my heart.
