Kerkis Bay

The hotel is centrally located at a small, quiet harbor. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very one-sided and nothing special. There was only one type of bread, among other things. The room was noisy, furnished in an old style, and overall in need of renovation. An air conditioner and a refrigerator were available, but the air conditioner made very loud noises. The bathroom was also outdated. The toilet was defective and constantly leaked water from the side, making the bathroom always wet. Despite multiple reminders, nothing was done. The room service was also rather poor. Overall, the stay was fine, but I would only give it 3 out of 5 stars.

We stayed one week and wish we had booked for two ! Everything was perfect, the hotel is in the village close to the restaurants, beach, beautiful marina. We ate in all of the restaurants during our stay and couldn’t fault one. The taverna at the hotel is a traditional Greek taverna serving lovely dishes. Our breakfast provided was a great selection and always more than enough provided. The staff at the hotel were always so lovely, helpful and really looked after us. We had a triple room and it was cleaned every day and fresh towels and bedding provided mid week. The village itself is small, friendly, unspoilt and traditional and an absolute gem of a find. We are already looking at booking to go back next year! I was concerned after reading the bad review prior to our visit but we had nothing to worry about our stay was totally perfect.
