Samos Sun Hotel

Corendon had praised this hotel as charming, far from it. Old and poorly maintained pool, bar terrace never cleaned in 15 days. Everything is paid (beach towel, safe, cocktails and alcohol, fresh fruit juices and local coffees...) and in cash. No luggage storage, nor shower for anyone taking a flight in the evening when leaving the room at 10 AM, so obligation to extend the room at a cost of €30. No house cocktails, the only bar inaccessible between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, the bartender goes to help his colleague in the dining room even if there are only a few people eating. Small and repetitive buffet, if you do not like chicken, ouch. Positive points: delicious garden fruits and vegetables, well-maintained room, pleasant and helpful staff Well located near Pythagorion.

Until last year the hotel was a very cozy hotel. With lots of entertainment, and fun!!!! This year it was boring. Nothing to do. There are some people working in the philipinos. They're very friendly, and. Polite, but nothing like lousy socializing. Hugo a French boy is very sweet, and very polite! Rchard the Dutchman. Is a nice guy. Can chat, but he doesn't do anything else in the hotel. Driver only. To siper nice beach bar by the way! The Greek family of the hotel itself. Are very friendly, and helpful!! Behind the bar was Antonio, there's nothing there either. Such a shame about this hotel! It certainly does not have to be a Dutchman who makes the atmosphere. Anyone can.!But mop people who work there now, do not make it cozy. Too bad!!

This hotel is a little further from Pythagorion center. You can walk if you are in good shape. Food will do but don't expect a 5 star buffet there is plenty and it is tasty, especially dessert! Everyone who works there does everything possible for the guests 👍. The beds are very good and it is wonderfully quiet a few times a day you see a plane take off on the runway. Special upgraded disabled rooms are available. Beautiful rooms but keep in mind the many stairs on site. We will definitely be back here!
