Pasiphae Hotel

I am still here, laying by the huge pool writing this. The Pasiphae is the best hotel in resort, I’ve been and viewed the others. The rooms are very clean, well decorated with soaker shower, most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in Greece only made breakfast once. Staff are attentive and always smiling. Food very good at lunchtime with lots of choices. Excellent location 10 minute flat walk to village. It’s peaceful, relaxing and just perfect . We are already planning our next visit.

Stayed for 11 nights at this clean and comfortable hotel. Swift check on was a welcome change from recent experience. No form filling, passport confiscation, or forwarding the emails from Jet2, just a cheery hello, pay your tourist tax, and take your key. Room was at the back of the hotel. Not the best view we have had from a balcony, but really good size with comfy rattan-style furniture. Room (205) is spacious and recent refurbishment makes it light and airy. Loved the big mirror with 2 bright lights over it. Bathroom also refurbished white and grey marble effect tiles so very light in there too. Shower has a very low lip and is open at the back so I was concerned about flooding the bathroom floor but I assume this is to meet current accessibility requirements. Water pressure was low and could be difficult to rinse shampoo and conditioner from hair, but it did help reduce splashes onto the floor. Room cleaned to high standard with towels and linen changed couple of days or so. Breakfast is one of the most varied we have ever been offered in a hotel in this price range and there should be something to suit everyone. Safety deposit boxes can be rented and are situated in reception. Air-conditioning included in the price if you book with Jet2. Pool and pool area cleaned daily to good standard, and the gardens are well maintained. Expect the usual battle for sunbeds. Main bar not open, but pool bar open until late. Hotel is ideally situated on the main road into the village where you will find a handful of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, and a couple of gift shops. No buses run through the the resort making it the perfect place for a complete chill. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the square in the evening, and restaurant prices are very reasonable. We didn't go to the hotel BBQ, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves when we got back. Music stopped at midnight. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider a return trip in the future.

We had a lovely week stay at this 3 star hotel via a Jet2 holiday. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the rooms, lovely pool area which had proper sturdy sunbeds with fab comfy mattresses! Thank you Bill for sorting out the hire car for us (and especially after i had made a mistake we it’s the dates!) You sorted it all out with no bother. 10 minute walk to the beach which had maybe 8 cafes/restaurants. (Caprice kitchen probably our favourite) Thank you to all the team!
