Grecotel Olympia Oasis Hotel

The facilities, cleanliness, and overall comfort were excellent, but it is the people who make this hotel special. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning for my 5th time in the future.

We recently stayed at the Grecotel LUXME Oasis and I felt compelled to write a review specifically to praise the incredible Kids Club. Our child had the absolute best time here! The facilities are great, but what truly makes this place special is the team. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to the Kids Club Manager, who leads the club with so much passion, energy, and genuine care. They have an amazing way with children, making every single child feel welcomed, safe, and excited to participate. The activities were incredibly creative, fun, and well-organized. It gave us total peace of mind as parents knowing our child was in such professional and loving hands. If you are traveling with family, this Kids Club is an absolute gem. Thank you to the wonderful leader and the entire team for making our vacation so memorable! We will definitely be back

Where to begin? First this is not a 5 star hotel. Read more reviews! Sure they had a variety of facilities which was nice but you can get all that at. 3.5 star in Florida. First our room was musty and dated there were so many bugs!!! We spent 3 hours killing them all at night. They told us there was a spray for the mosquitoes which helped but there were also full of fruit flies in the room and all over the resort! In the bathroom was also sink flies. Then on the last night we were leaving we for bed bug bites! And blood stains on the sheets!! Watch out! Was not mosquito bites!! Just wanted to get out of there fast! Then supposed to family friendly but don’t go during the week on wednesdays (our only full day there) all the facilities are closed. Also supposed to have all these different foods and restaurants but you don’t have access to them. Or their times are strange all close at 5:30/6pm and then you only have the buffet which is ok food. Mostly too salty! Other reviews have said they only have one place to get towels which is bad with little kids and all the stairs. The wifi is terrible! Doesn’t work anywhere. Which is ok should be on vacation however quite a nuisance when you need to use their app to know schedules or request things. The staff were mostly kind, how ever there were many times you couldn’t get someone to come to your table. And for the cost of this place we expected more!! Do yourself a favour don’t go here or don’t get the all inclusive not worth it!
