Grecotel Olympia Riviera Resort Hotel

Needs renovation. Good pool clean everything. Bad bathroom ventilation. Old room style. Good price for stay but it is not the only positive in covering all the negatives.

We traveled family for 5 days and stayed at ilia palms. A decent, clean hotel, the pool is very nice, the staff in all departments of the grecotel polite and very helpful! The food in the buffet excellent had a variety, the coffee and cocktails from where we got was nice,the activities in grecoland we liked very much and especially the kids who did not want to leave, For a family is the best .The hotel is large has a train to the easy transfer...In general this option hardly leave you unhappy we would like to go again!Finally I want to thank the staff at the reception polite and helpful.

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately a letdown. While the food was average and the rooms were nothing special, the real issues were with the service and management. We were charged more than we should have been, and despite reaching out via email to resolve the issue, we received no response at all from the management team, including Mr. Traskas, who we understand is the manager. The lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Staff on-site were unable to assist, and there was no effort made to follow up or correct the overcharge. Given the overall experience, this hotel is not good value for money. You expect a certain level of service and transparency when paying premium rates, and this fell far short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make serious improvements to their customer service and responsiveness.
