Filoxenia Hotel

The hotel was fully renovated in 2025, everything is brand new in the rooms, pool and beach area, reception area, amazing transformation!! The only flaw is the beach, too rocky, very difficult for handicapped individuals, a little rough for parents with baby strollers. There are wooden passage boards, but they do not go all the way to the water. Lifeguard is available.

Good choice for Kalamata stays. Great location, easy own parking. Rooms are fully renovated. Bathrooms are excellent. Some corridors still need touch-up. Breakfast is good but maybe not super-wow. Staff very polite. Weak point remains the reception. More geared to 1-week vacation stays than to business travelers who appreciate quick check-in.

The hotel offers a unique experience both for the adults as well as the kids. Pool area is cosy and relaxing while breakfast is rich and delicious. Kids enjoyed greatly Grecoland. Overall experience is fantastic and highly recommended.
