Excellent hotel, friendly and available staff. Batman Mikel is the best of all; I recommend only getting signatures! The activity leaders are top-notch, funny, and always full of energy. Not to forget Laura, who is the best delegate we have; keep it up in the Marmara club!

Hotel very poorly adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It is listed as accessible, but it is complicated, whether it be the bathroom which is dilapidated and without equipment, not even a shower chair, the access to the room's terrace is also very complicated. the pool restrooms are not accessible..etc no housekeeping for several days. The dining is good, the staff very friendly, the entertainment team is top-notch. We had to change rooms for 5 days following water damage. a non-accessible room. very complicated. Very disappointed with the front desk staff.

We had a great time: the staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the location was perfect - near a beautiful beach. Also, the bartender made excellent cocktails! We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you for a great experience! Ingus&Ilona/Latvia
