Mandola Rosa, Grecotel Exclusive Resort

-The Location is beautiful, the view from the main building is stunning. Upon arrival we were greeted by the team and offered a drink as well as cold wraps. The staff at Mandola Rosa was very friendly, helpful and charming! The suite was very spacious, nicely decorated, lots of storage, the aircondition not too strong but cool. The bathroom especially the shower was very big and nice. The breakfast was amazing, we loved the small buffet aswell as the a la carte choices (we have seen this in Asia before but never in Europe). - The Restaurant Cap Voyage is a very special and nice place, food is very good (sometimes it is too hot in the evening, some more shade would be nice). - The Asian Restaurand is nice, but also too hot in the evening, needs more shade, food was good especially the sushi and the salats. - The sea dunes Restaurant was very good, staff there was also very friendly! - The Taverna Restaurant was nice, food got a bit boring after our 3rd visit - The Italien Restaurant had nice food but the place was loud, very hot, no shade and not very charming. - The view from the main house is very nice, some shade on the balcony of the suite would be nice - The beach is amazing, sometimes service on the beach is a bit slow... - The pool and the view is very nice (the pool could be cleaned more often, there was sand on the floor, sometimes there were diapers lieing around and pieces of plastic) - the toilet facilities outside Mandola Rosa are not nice - The facilities from La Riviera and the Oasis are mostly in need of renovation - The water park is a nice add on for the kids, some things need renovation - Prices for the suites in June are high but worth it, prices in July and August are too high

For the second time, we were able to spend a relaxed and stress-free family vacation in this impressive setting. The various restaurants, including those of the two sister hotels Oasis and Riviera, offer a wide selection of local and international delicacies, which are served by extremely friendly and helpful staff, something we particularly appreciated because our children require a gluten-free diet. In addition to a private pool, the villas offer the advantage of a reserved gazebo with sunbeds on the beach, so that at no time does any feeling of overcrowding arise. The personal attention from the Guest Relation Manager, Lana, was extremely kind and very much appreciated. So we will definitely be very happy to come back.

It is always nice to come back to this magical place, to enjoy a beautiful beach and the great sea, but above all to be taken care of by the remarkably friendly staff. This year the new breakfast buffet was extremely appealing and enjoyable, especially in the "Sea Dunes" the cuisine is excellent. We thank Alexandros and his team for the exceptional care, especially Lana made our silver anniversary unforgettable :) the "Dinner at the beach" will always remain in our fondest memories! Many heartfelt thanks to everyone and we would love to come back, in the meantime certainly already 15 times :)
