This place is truly unique, offering a combination of charm and character that makes it stand out. The location could not be better—whatever you need is either within walking distance or easily accessible, making it extremely convenient. The whole area breathes a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which helps you to relax and feel at home. The hotel itself has a beautiful theme, with careful attention to detail that makes every corner of it look harmonious and special. It is clear that much thought has been given to the design of the rooms, which are not only elegant but also extremely functional. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a wonderful sleep after a day of exploration. What made the experience truly exceptional was the staff. Every member of staff I met was really polite and helpful, surpassing himself, even in these difficult moments. Their warm hospitality really made the difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable and welcoming stay!

In the back room where I stayed there was intense noise from the neighboring buses. Old technology TV. Old fashioned decoration. However, the location is ideal, you are close to the center, with a very beautiful view.

After a few years of staying in this hotel, we have decided never to return. The hotel is tired and in great need of refurbishment. This is by no means a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate, (no fresh fruit of course), the staff were polite and kind enough, but the state of the bedding, carpets, lights (broken) and sad bathroom facilities really made us quite certain we will not go back. It’s a shame as the location is brilliant, we will miss that but nothing else.
