Aks Porto Heli

The Good: The AKS Porto Heli Hotel boasts amazing pool facilities and a fantastic location. The Bad: The service and food management at Aeolos Restaurant completely ruined our mood. The Incident: We ordered a club sandwich with a specific dietary request: no bacon. It arrived with bacon anyway. When we notified the waitress, she spoke with her manager, brought the plate right back, and defensively blamed us for not mentioning it—even though we had explicitly told the cashier. The Food Handling: After confronting the cashier, the plate was rushed to the kitchen and brought back in under a minute. Instead of remaking it, they just picked the bacon out, leaving leftover pieces inside the sandwich. Verdict: The cashier was extremely rude, and management forced the waitress (who looked stressed and caught in the middle) to handle it poorly. For a hotel of this caliber, this level of service and hygiene fallback is unacceptable.

I'll pass everything and say only one!We stayed on the third floor with young children and there was an elevator for the whole hotel and the rest was off!

There is no kettle in the room, and when asked for one it was provided but without any cups or spoons. We only wanted to have our own coffee as the one provided at breakfast is totally unacceptable . Also in case you order a coffee other than the one provided at breakfast it is at an extra cost, which is totally unacceptable having in mind the money you pay per night. There are some inconsistencies in this hotel , lack of amenities and no attention to the customer .
