Fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hygienic up to and including. Tasty and varied food. Beautiful location if you book a room with sea view.

Zodra je de eerste lift uitkomt , tref je een omgeving aan die direct het vakantiegevoel oproept! Een uitnodigend terras met een schitterend uitzicht. Aangekomen bij de receptie ontmoet je al de eerste oprecht vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame personeelsleden, waarvan een groot deel bestaat uit familieleden van de eigenaren. We hadden een kamer op de vijfde verdieping! Heel schoon en ruime faciliteiten en regelmatig werd beddengoed gewisseld. Bij het voortreffelijke ontbijt werd je vroeg in de ochtend al allervriendelijkst bejegend. Het bedienend personeel verdient een vette pluim! Het hotel ligt niet direct aan het strand maar bij het aan het strand gelegen hotel Dolphin (ook van dezelfde eigenaren) staan alle strandstoelen ter beschikking. Handdoeken voor op het strand zijn standaard bij de kamer. Voor de gasten met alleen ontbijt is ook een lunchkaart aanwezig en 's avonds kan men voor een zeer schappelijke prijs aansluiten bij het buffet! Voor wat betreft Tolo is op te merken dat er leuke restaurants direct aan de zee gelegen zijn. Het plaatsje zelf stelt op zich weinig voor. Mocht je een langere periode willen verblijven, is een auto wenselijk! Er is bijzonder veel moois in de omgeving te ontdekken! EEN ABSOLUTE AANRADER, As soon as you exit the first elevator, you arrive in an environment that immediately evokes the holiday feeling! An inviting terrace with a magnificent view. Upon arriving at the reception, you already meet the first genuinely friendly and very helpful staff members, a large part of whom are family members of the owners. We had a room on the fifth floor! Very clean and spacious facilities, and bed linen was changed regularly. At the excellent breakfast, you were treated in the most friendly manner early in the morning. The serving staff deserve a big compliment! The hotel is not directly on the beach, but at the beachside Hotel Dolphin (also owned by the same owners), all the beach chairs are available. Towels for the beach are standard in the room. For guests with breakfast only, a lunch menu is also available, and in the evening one can join the buffet at a very reasonable price! Regarding Tolo, it should be noted that there are nice restaurants located right by the sea. The town itself is not very remarkable. If you want to stay for a longer period, a car is desirable! There is a lot of beautiful things to discover in the area.

Stayed here one night. Fine hotel, but certainly not the superior standard 4star our travel company NRV had promised among the options we chose. Rooms small, simply functional. Not much room. Shower in the bath. No walk-in shower. Beds ok. Bathroom outdated. Breakfast was extensive and cozy to nice pool. Staff friendly and helpful.
