Elies Resort

We absolutely loved our stay at Elies . The staff were incredible. The rooms were beautiful. Everything had been considered and prepared for . the food also was really good we loved the pool bar, especially for casual spaghetti Bolognese, which was incredible. The beach was also beautiful and plenty of sun lounges always available even though the hotel was quite full so many lovely little tavernas along the beachfront so you could be quite happy in this area of sifnos alone , but we had a car and drove into Apollonia a few times ( hard to park !!) .. We would come back here in a heartbeat thank you Elies !!!!

We recently enjoyed 5nts and Elies Resort Sifnos and absolutely loved it. The location of Elies on the beautiful bay of Vathy was perfect as it’s one of the most beautiful protected bays on the island. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with private pool which was perfect for our family of 4. It was huge with 2 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a kitchen, dining/lounge area and plus a large spacious terrace with pool , sunbeds and lounge. The villa was modern , very clean and ample storage for clothes and suitcases. The breakfast at Elies is excellent with both a buffet and à la carte options. The restaurants for lunch and dinner are also excellent. There is a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds and a private beach club area . There is also a spa and gymnasium. Best of all the service at this wonderful resort was exceptional throughout. A very special mention to Zanitis in F&B. You made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Both in the restaurant and by the pool, you were always attentive to make sure we had everything we needed and you always remembered the small details too which we really appreciated. You are a true asset to Elies Resort. World class service and very genuine too. We miss you already! The service from reception was also attentive and excellent. I would highly recommend Elies to anyone wanting a true 5 star experience in Sifnos with an excellent location. Some wonderful tavernas close by too!

A small, private resort that offers a great deal; everything is possible, nothing is obligatory. Very friendly and competent service, excellent food and drinks. The hotel boasts a beautiful beach, and the pool is Olympic-sized. Each villa also has its own private pool and a stunning large private terrace with a magnificent view over the bay. The rooms in the private villas are very spacious and attractively furnished. Discreet luxury and pure relaxation. This, combined with the beauty of the island of Sifnos, guarantees rest and is balm for your soul.
