Disappointment. We chose it because of the very good reviews and the high rating on Trip advisor and on google.com. We relied on the reviews about hospitality and friendly mood as well as the information about proximity and the possibility of moving in the country on foot. The arrest was made in February and involved four girls. Through an exchange of mails the person in charge asked if we were family and was given a clear negative answer and information about age. He made the offer for a four bedroom that stressed that it meets the purpose of their trip since as he said there will be another group with young children so it is not appropriate to Reservation for families. The room given was quad bed with double bed and bedbeds. That's what serves a four-member family. In addition, the response to the protest was: " It's not the end of September that I need you..." My manager reiterated in a milder tone the high season argument and threw the ball of responsibilities on me that made the Reservation. I should have seen the rooms and asked without a cushion...Then when I told him that the upper cushion doesn't even have a protective cushion and this involves risks or his answer was: " NO ONE HAS FALLED HUGE" .... After I protested, he agreed to put on a protective: "which we put on five-year-olds..." acknowledging that the room he provided was not for adults. Only one bath towel was given to each and not the regular set of three or at least two that are essential. The answer was that we give it to everyone...(!!!) In addition: The distance from the country is great especially go it. These are elevated and difficult walking. The area has nothing for the evening and its beach is the port of the island so it needs transportation definitely. This about safety and culture in a property with such a high Rating.. The room we were given was a quadruple with a double bed and bunk beds, which is suitable for a family of four. When I spoke with the person in charge, he repeated in a milder tone the argument about the high season and shifted the responsibility to me for making the reservation. He claimed I should have seen the rooms and requested one without bunk beds. When I pointed out that the top bunk did not have a protective railing, posing a safety risk, his response was: No one has fallen off so far. After my complaint, he agreed to install a guardrail: "that we put for five-year-olds," acknowledging that the room provided was not suitable for adults. Only one towel was given to them and mwen they asked for more the answer was that this is what all guests are given Additionally: The distance from town is considerable, especially on the way there. It is uphill and difficult to walk. The area has nothing to offer in the evening, and its beach is the island's port, so transportation is definitely needed. the place is a little quirky and they don't take credit cards, but our room was fine. The owners are pleasant and the location is good. The air conditioning struggled, but it was adequate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy walk from the port

Great place from which to explore the island. Beaches and restaurants at your doorstep. Quaint little hotel with a beautiful garden, run by the most friendly of families. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms which were kept spotless over the course of our stay. And at night we enjoyed the BBQ facilities, looking forward to returning some day
