Where to start…..
So we arrived nice and early (after whizzing through the airport and hotel only 10 mins away) so just after 9pm. only to be faced with a queue of 10 families waiting to be checked in by one member of staff, first thoughts were very geared up for Eastern European clientele, signage and food etc. people dressed in very casual sports clothing at night carrying drinks to and from their rooms as nothing going on around hotel. By the time we were checked in and reached our room (stale sandwiches handed to us at check in cheese and ham, I’m veggie)it was around 10.30. Quick freshen up and down to the bar to be met with a big queue round a tiny bar and one person serving. Another barman then came round the queue and said oh bar is closed now. So went for a walk on the very busy dark main road, nothing around so headed back and went to the ‘à la carte’ bar to watch some football and purchase drinks which were nice. So completely zero from the all inclusive first night! Next day pool was carnage lots of large families with kids everywhere and very busy. Grounds of hotel were nice and pool looked nice. Always managed to get a sun lounger. Snack bar opened at 10am with pizza chips and sandwiches every single day no variation, which was probably because the breakfast was so bad so guests just ate there. 1 small bar drinks were flat, extremely cheap and sweet and smelt weird. Occasionally did have pancakes and omelettes.
Don’t expect to have a nice meal experience at the all inclusive breakfast lunch and evening, its canteen style plastic tables and chairs inside and outside around the pool, food was poor quality, people queued in a line from restaurant opening waiting to get a plate and follow in a line to the salad then the hot food instead of just grabbing a plate and wondering around so took forever. No hot drinks at the evening meal, have to get your own cutlery napkins and sachets of salt and pepper. Restaurant manager never acknowledged guests just stood with hands on hips, woman clearing tables stood chewing and popping gum. None of them smiled or spoke.
Poolside was clean and pool was clean but beyond that there was litter and cigarette butts on the grass and abandoned towels for days on end.
The front pool was a waste of time as didn’t have any sun loungers and the only bar open was a good walk away at the other pool. Not enough tables and chairs to relax on in the evening only maybe 8 and only other place to sit was outside the restaurant on the plastic tables and chairs but they didn’t turn the lights on so when restaurant locked up and turned their lights off you were left sitting in the dark. We ate out a lot.
Lady behind the main bar was rude and left you waiting until she had finished her conversation and then even though I ordered the same drinks every day she still made me repeat it twice.
Drinks were ok in the “à la carte” bar but were paid for but furniture was old and dirty and we got bit many times.
Entertainment team girls were very lovely and did their best, we weren’t there for kids club or water polo so didn’t participate and Christian the head of entertainment thought he was being hilarious saying oh yes you’re English and lazy and just want beer!
Cleaning staff were fab and cleaned our room very well and provided fresh towels.
Only 2 chairs on the tiny balcony so third person had to stand
Location is too far out from anywhere, beach was 15-20 minute walk across the busy main road and then down scruffy dirt tracks. Beach was shingle with nothing to sit on. Bus was handy right outside and 15 minutes to Rhodes town which is a must visit. We walked to the nearest strip twice at Lalysos and ate in Kostas Greek taverna and cavo Tango. We also ate across the road at Rosemary which was fabulous.
We visited Rhonda in Rhodes town which was also amazing.
All in all poor standard and lots of unfriendly staff and being run on a shoe string which spoilt it
Wouldn’t return

Lovely hotel, could do with some updating in the rooms but had everything we needed, aircon works well, lovely size balcony, food was nice and variety, entertainment team were brilliant! Lots of activities for the kids and getting the adults involved too, very polite and friendly staff! Hats off to Olivia, Helini and main entertainment man and all the team who were great fun and made us feel welcome and talkative! Would deffo return again!
