Pylea Beach Hotel

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Very clean. Lovely beach front property. Found it very hard getting in and out of the sea though. No one’s fault just difficult with or without beach shoes due to large stone and waves. Gave everyone a laugh though watching me. It is on a direct flight path to the airport and that means around 80 planes landing a day but doesn’t really bother you after a while. Didn’t notice any after 11pm unless they were late. Pool clean. Well maintained but don’t think there is any chlorine In it. Rooms spotless. Was b & b and even with my pickiness I ate well every morning. Lunch is served by the pool bar. Very nice and varied menus. I did eat in the evening at the bayside taverns. Also very good food and reasonably priced.

This is a quiet and relaxing hotell. Clean and very friendly stab. The woman in the pool bar was very friendly and helpfull and made us feel very welcome. A bit far from Rhodes. A lot of airplane noise.

I had a great stay at Pylea Beach Hotel which is a lovely hotel by the beach near Kremasti. I stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and it was very nice, included a fridge, towels, hair dryer, kettle for tea and coffee making, and a good view of the sea and out to Turkey on a clear day. Beds are nicely made and are comfortable with additional pillows and blankets if needed. The atmosphere around the hotel is nice, the staff are always helpful, friendly, and welcoming it's very relaxed - There is entertainment on an evening from surrounding hotels but this didnt affect the atmosphere in my opinion and its quite easy to drown out the noise. The pool area is very nice to relax in with a poolside bar area you can purchase food and refreshments from. The hotel was always very clean overall and has been very well kept. I stayed Bed and Breakfast and they have a good choice for breakfast ranging from a traditional Greek breakfast to continental, meats, eggs, bread, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, pastries, tea, coffee and juice. The location is very handy for the airport which you can get a bus to and from, and also a bus into main Rhodes Town. It's also about a 20-25 minute walk into Kremasti or 30-35 minute to Ialyssos but again these are accessible by the local bus service which runs quite frequent in both directions. You can also walk along the beach from the hotel upto the airport - The beach is pebbled rather than sandy and there is a road along side. This was my second time to Rhodes as I wanted to see more of the island and overall exceed expectations! Made even better by staying at Pylea Bech.
