Cleopatra Superior Hotel

Great location. Basic rooms and they was clean. Shower needs attention. Toilet wouldn’t flush after basking twice they fixed it. Bed and breakfast very basic

On 28th June which carried on till early hours of 29th June hotel staff allowed guests to disrupt the whole hotel. The noise kept us awake all night. We reported to the young girl with glasses behind reception and asked why she was allowing such behaviour and she just shrugged us off.

BE WARNED ⚠️ Opon arrival we were told in order to have access to air-conditioning for our room and a safe we would need to pay 144 euro extra for a 10 night night stay. As you can imagine we were annoyed and shocked! We paid as we had no other choice. This was bad enough but weve come on holiday with a 9 month old who is still feeding with bottles. When we got to our room it came clear there was no kettle. We went to reception to ask if we could have one for our stay in order to feed our child. We were told we would then need to pay an extra 15 euros for 7 days for use of the kettle. They informed us it was for a package deal with tea and coffee. We explained we just needed the kettle just to feed our child and the tea and coffee wasn't needed but again we were told it was a package deal and that was it. Naturally it put my back up. They got on phone to the manager as we weren't happy and we were told we can borrow one for an evening and it had to be back at reception 9am the next morning. This was at 11.45pm at night. Now I know 15 euros isnt alot but its principal. It was to feed our baby!!!!! You can bloody buy one for under 10 euro. To say im livid is an under statement! Nothing else to say really. If you have babies or children you will understand. I dont need to say anything else! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!
