Atlantis Hotel

Recently returned from a 4 night stay with friends I’ll start with the positive’s . First impressions are excellent, lovely reception, lounge areas, main restaurant & bar areas . . Hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained & very clean . . Food was surprisingly good with plenty choice . . Poolside restaurant we used for lunch & was very good , waiters were great as there were 7 of us and they always sorted tables out for us . . Beach is right next to the hotel . . Great location to catch the bus or grab a taxi to kos town . Negatives . After looking at the pics of the accommodation we decided to go for standard rooms as they looked fine , boy were we wrong ! We were given bungalows which were very basic & so dated the bathrooms were dreadful and shouldn’t be used 😕. . Pool sun loungers are old & uncomfortable. There’s the odd newer one dotted around but not many and they are plastic rubbish. There’s much comfier sun-beds on the beach for 5 euros a day . .Drinks from the pool bar were poor quality & the bar staff were miserable . . There were no wine glasses in the main restaurant at night . We would get a glass of wine from main bar to take into the restaurant. You can top it up as the wines on tap . Overall, the hotel has lovely grounds , good food & great location, but the standard bungalow rooms let the hotel down big time . If you’re considering staying here don’t book a standard room .

Myself and my sister came to Atlantis in June for the 5th time and we already can’t wait to come back! The staff are absolutely amazing so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are kept spotless and the men who work in the gardens work so hard to maintain them. The staff at the pool bar are so lovely and kind. Looking forward to coming back in October
