Cleopatra Classic

Enjoyed 9 nights here recently. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the front / harbour / beach. Stayed on a b&b basis so no expectations on self catering facilities such as a kettle - take your own. Rooms are spacious, dated decor wise but doesn’t bother me as we only sleep and wash here. Rooms, pool, everywhere absolutely spotless. Cleaners made our beds everyday bless them with fresh towels every other day. Use of facilities included at other cleopatra hotels nearly - superior and kris mari but you can use any pool in Greece so long as you buy food and drink. Check in online before you arrive, this is my only grumble - it takes ages on arrival and you need to be a little computer savvy. Unsure why this process is in place as it delays you getting to your room after a long day of travelling. Happy to answer any questions , we will return.

We stayed at the Cleopatra Classic. Property is quite dated and poorly maintained. The rooms were clean, the bathroom very basic. The photos published of the hotel do not correspond to reality. We had chosen half-board, but upon our arrival, we were informed that the meal service time was between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We asked to have dinner at a more appropriate time, but we were told no in a rude and cold manner, just as other guests who were in our same situation were told. When we requested to speak with a manager, a meeting was always denied to us with trivial excuses. The wait to be served at the table was truly excessive! Over an hour and a half to eat a meal. The reception staff (especially Cristine) always had a cold, detached, and annoyed attitude, and were not very willing to assist us with any of our requests. As for breakfast, it was truly basic and of mediocre quality. Should we return to Kos, we will certainly not stay at this property again!

The property looks good, there are 3 ! However, as far as the buffet breakfast is concerned, one must draw a veil of pity..very little choice, both sweet and savory, and what's more, in small quantities...sweet only a small tray of dry cookies and pound cake only 1 time in a week, then a sort of brioche...spacious rooms, but dated! Shower curtain that didn't reach the bottom and all the water came out! Too bad, it would have potential with a few little jobs.! Air conditioning to be paid for separately..110 euros for 2 weeks! but..only to be turned on once in the rooms
