Cosmopolitan

We had a great stay at Hotel Cosmopolitan on Kos. The hotel is incredibly nice, well-maintained and has a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent and definitely good value for money. The communal pool area is really delicious and a perfect place to relax. However, it is the pool bar that makes the experience very special – and it is only because of the fantastic staff. A huge thanks to Tony, Alison and Lia, who were always smiling, hospitable and welcoming. They provided an incredibly professional service and made every day at the pool a pleasure. They are undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why we would recommend the hotel and would love to come back. We highly recommend Hotel Cosmopolitan to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with good service and a wonderful atmosphere. We recommend junior suites with own/shared pool.

The hotel was very crowded, and the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean enough, and the level of hygiene did not meet our expectations. During dinner, the restaurant was extremely busy. Food was running out, it took a long time to be replenished, and it was difficult to find an empty table. When we went to the dessert buffet, many of the desserts had already run out and were not refilled. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and was a disappointing experience.

Location - Very good. Rooms (suite) - Very very good. Service - Manolis and Tony (bartenders) was really nice and kind.
